generally normal-looking. when mood is unstable, begins to transform into an eldritch sea monster; form variable due to being eldritch but examples: 1 2 3 (the big lad in the back)
⯌ Mental changes nothing she didn't already have before except a desire to assimilate land-dwellers into seaborns.
⯌ Other [pending] staring at/being around her seaborn form/appendages is deeply uncomfortable in the fridge horror way.

PLEASE NOTE: Specter has an highly infectious disease. basically it's magic rock cancer and it's communicable via bodily fluids (specifically blood & cerebrospinal fluid). I will always tap players if it's relevant but regardless it is always up to you on whether you want your character to get infected or not when dealing with infectious shark :|b

ORIPATHY
ORIPATHY INFO
In Reverie, the following symptoms may occur:
- Parts of the body crystallize into Originium (internal, external)—the crystals are generally black but not always, and they can manifest as actual crystals or stylish patterns or cracks in the skin. reference
- Light to heavy fatigue, loss of energy/stamina
- Body pains, inability to regulate temperature
- Loss of hearing/sight/senses
- Disturbances in circadian rhythm resulting in sleep disorder, such as narcolepsy
- Personality disorder, dissociative identity disorder, amnesia
- Development of obsession, mental disorder in general
- Exaggerated growth of species-specific features (alt if you want to play this interacting with your character's monster changes, e.g. they have horns but maybe the horns grow Super Big due to Oripathy)
The degree to which your character is affected by Oripathy is up to you, including just being straight up immune to being infected—unless someone's just chugging Specter's blood there is plenty of room to say the infection didn't take root. However, Reverie-Oripathy is not fatal. Additionally, it is not currently curable but may become curable in-game depending on OOC player desires. Please note: Specter's cerebrospinal fluid is filled with liquid Originium dense enough to infect a small country. Probably it will never come up that anyone is touching her brainspine juice but just in case, like, it is significantly more of a biohazard than her blood is.
If your character has come into contact with Oripathy infection and you are playing that they got infected, please comment here for reference! Note: if they are infected they are technically also another vector of infection now, so please feel free to link this comment to other characters who are coming in contact with their mode of infection (crystal shards, blood, cerebrospinal/bodily fluids, etc).
I do want to keep Oripathy infection on the downlow because I don't want to turn Reverie into Pandemic Simulator 2k2x, so I would greatly appreciate care taken toward secondary+ infection vectors and the spread of infection.
Alternatively if you don't want to make your infected character infectious then 100% that's legit. only play with what you wanna play :|b
If you have questions on how Oripathy works please ask here!
